Returns

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to complete the transaction.

Original Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipping.
